for the past couple of months i've been trying to obtain tickets to the U.S. Open but unfortunately i was unable to get my hands on them. Once again, i did not see my idol Federer play in person. kinda sad! no one understand my love for tennis because tennis is not one of the popular sports my friends watch. so even if i was able to attend the U.S. Open, i will be attending it by myself or even if they go with me, they won't be able to understand the game. next year i will try to get my hands on them even if it costs a lot (which is usually the case). i really want to attend one especially the fact that it's in new york city (right where i live with about an hour train ride). so what happen since i couldn't get my hands on them...i had to opt for the television verison. hehehehehe.... so for the past couple of days, i ran home from work and watched it with my friends which i had to explained the concept/rules of the game here and there to them.
anyways, this year was the best year for me to watch tennis. the new york's METS (my favorite baseball team) didn't do so well this season so i was able to put all my attention on tennis. this year i didn't have to switch from channels to channels. BEST YEAR TO WATCH TENNIS!!!

it was a coincidence that i bumped into them while i was visiting hong kong in mon kok's mall. be mindful that it was pretty hard taking pictures there. i was behind a glass, pushed by fans of michael miu and especially jason chan.

this is jason chan that i mentioned in my previous post. he's the one who posted nice pictures on his blog. i read his blog when i have time. i ALWAYS envy his job! a job that travels around and gets paid doing it. by the way, i bumped into jason twice during my visit in hong kong. once at this mall and the second time was when i was roaming around hong kong taking pictures but i was too shy to walk up to him for a talk/picture. i assume he wants to live a regular life than a celebrity so i pretend i didn't see him. stupid me!!!! lolz
